Links. The Site may reference or link to Third-Party Sites. GAOS Ticketing has no control over these Third-Party Sites or the content within them. GAOS Tickieting can not guarantee that the content contained in these Third-Party Sites is complete, accurate, and/or legal. GAOS Ticketing does not warrant that these Third Party Sites will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using the Site to purchase products, search, or link to Third-Party Sites, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against GAOS Ticketing for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site or Third Party Sites.

Children under the age of 13 are prohibited from submitting personal information to GAOS Ticketing. Federal Law prohibits websites from collecting and/or distributing personal information from children without parental consent. At this time, GAOS Ticketing has no effective means to obtain and track parental consent. Therefore, GAOS Ticketing must prohibit the submission of personal information from children under the age of 13.

TICKETING INFORMATION
Tickets. Tickets are issued as an e-ticket via email on receipt of payment (one ticket per person). The ticket holder is responsible for bringing their ticket to the theatre either on a smartphone or after printing at home. Proof of age or a student ID may be required for concessionary tickets, if avaliable. Children under 3 years of age may sit on the lap of a paying adult at no extra charge.
Exchanges and Refunds. Tickets may be exchanged for those of equivalent or lesser value of a different performance, subject to availability. Tickets are not refundable for any reason, including personal accident or illness, unless the show is cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange to a future performance.
Photography, video and sound recording of the shows are strictly prohibited.
Covid19. Covid rules published on our website concerning covid passports, social distancing, wearing of masks etc are correct at the time of purchase. However federal or cantonal rules, to which GAOS adheres, may change before the performance.
Parental guidance. Any age recommendations, concerning the suitability of a show for children, act as a guideline only; the final decision on suitability is the parent/guardian's responsibility for their particular child.
